A customer’s final price is determined by the written quote, invoice, proposal, or catering agreement provided by BBQN4U.
Receiving a quote from BBQN4U does not guarantee that an event date has been reserved.
An event is considered confirmed only after the requirements stated in the customer’s proposal, invoice, or catering agreement have been satisfied, which may include a signed agreement and/or required deposit.
Dates are subject to availability until formally confirmed.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate final guest count by the deadline established in their catering agreement.
BBQN4U prepares food based on the agreed guest count, menu, and service arrangement. BBQN4U cannot guarantee that sufficient food will be available for attendance exceeding the confirmed guest count.
Serving estimates provided by BBQN4U are based on typical catering portions and the information supplied by the customer.
Actual consumption varies by event and individual guest.
BBQN4U does not guarantee that leftovers will remain after an event.
Once food has been delivered, transferred to the customer, left at an event, or removed from BBQN4U’s direct control, proper storage and handling become the responsibility of the customer or event organizer unless BBQN4U has specifically been contracted to provide continued food-service management.
For food-safety reasons, customers should promptly refrigerate or properly discard perishable food according to applicable food-safety recommendations.
BBQN4U is not responsible for food that is improperly stored, reheated, transported, handled, or consumed after it has left our control.
Customers are responsible for confirming that their venue permits the selected catering services and equipment.
Venue rules regarding cooking, grilling, frying, smokers, propane, electrical equipment, tents, generators, food service, alcohol, open flames, loading, parking, cleanup, or other activities may affect BBQN4U’s ability to provide certain services.
Additional charges may apply when venue requirements create additional staffing, equipment, transportation, setup, or compliance expenses.
Outdoor catering services may be affected by weather conditions, including rain, wind, extreme heat, severe weather, or unsafe conditions.
BBQN4U reserves the right to modify or discontinue any activity that creates an unreasonable safety risk to our staff, customers, guests, equipment, or property.
Customers hosting outdoor events are encouraged to maintain an appropriate weather contingency plan.
