Event Policies

A signed agreement and deposit are required to secure an event date.

Final guest count should be confirmed before the event according to the catering agreement. The confirmed number becomes the minimum number of guests billed.

Pricing may change when the menu, guest count, venue requirements or service level changes.

Special dietary accommodations should be discussed during menu planning.

Additional charges may apply for extended travel, difficult venue access, stairs, long-distance load-in, additional service hours, rentals, specialty equipment or unusually complex setups.

Taxes and applicable fees are additional.
